Hi GM, I'm running R2E... what are the changes in R5A? And can Smartnet change my keypad lights to make them the brighter amber lights? Or is this just because my keypad is the older one?

read the recent discussions re conversion (making original m and mc units mms capable) and upgrading firmware.
the short version is: conversion CANNOT be done here, only firmware upgrades. sorry.

@vw if its already converted to i prior to purchase, then they can upgrade. however, if its not mms-capable, then they cannot (for mc units only).

t68m, t68i and t68ie or t68ic can be upgraded to the latest firmware or software. for t68mc no support.
as for t68mc converted to mms software not sure if smartnet can upgrade it.
maybe G_M can clarify it
