That's weird. In the past, SE offered USB Flash driver files separately, but it has been removed from SE website because all the flash driver is now included in SEUS application itself, not separated anymore. I guess something wrong with your Windows-try another PC. I have updated 8 times,no problem,no error..maybe you need to download SEUS again. Uninstall the old one. Good luck.

Because SE thinks that our w800 is now bug free!whereas the k750 still needs improvement...

i think you're right SE thinks the w800 is bug free or maybe stable enough that they don't think another update is prudent. i have a w800 i bought with R1AA to be frank since i had it, i did not experience any of the known bugs attached to that firmware. it was ok and fine untill a month ago after so many updates release, i felt its time for a change so i decided to upgrade the firmware with SEUS. before doing so, i browsed this forum thoroughly and saw the comments many esatonians were contributing. i asked for advice and i could remember one esatonian telling me "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". Looking less on these words, i went ahead with the update. i was at the final stage in my update when unfurtunately for me i had a break down in the internet connection. I think it because of this i got an error message on SEUS. It says i should detatch my usb cable, attach it again and try again. i did this and after some time i had a message by SEUS saying my phone has the current software. after all this, then the real problem sets in! My w800 refused to power on! i did everythin i could nothing. removed the battery for 2-4hrs as one esatonian told me, held the 'c' and power button simultaneously as another esatonian told me, deleting the DB folder in SEUS and try downloading and installing again; STILL NOTHING! There was no how i could find the help i needed in this forum or anywhere. i had to spend about 50GBP to send to a repair shop in UK to fix it.
See it gets really frustrating when ur favourite phone screw up. No amount of update will make k750/w800 flawless. as long as does most of all ur needs at ease, keep it that way not until u are sure its completely safe. don't rush in updating just yet after a firmware release. wait till u've got enough comments from other users who just can't wait. unless you're are the daredevil kind.
SE phones(k750/w800) are good phones but i think no amount of update will make them bug free
