CLIEs, so far no Clie has BT built-in, but the BT memstick is already out. A friend of mine showed me one on his 710C. Cute, has a small blue LED. Problem is, it takes up your slot, and doesn't have any memory built-in.
Dunno where he got it though... probably HK.
The new iPaqs have BT built-in though.
