this is what i know... duno the source is true or not.
Enjoy up to 1MB FREE GPRS usage until 4 Jan 2004.
From 5 Jan 2004 onwards, GPRS usage will be charged 1.5sen per kb.
To enjoy better GPRS rates, you can subscribe to any of the GPRS packages below:
a) GPRS 1MB Package (Pay RM10/month for 1MB usage)
b) GPRS 5MB Package (Pay RM40/month for 5MB usage)
c) GPRS 20MB Package (Pay RM100/month for 20MB usage)
To subscribe to the GPRS packages, call 1 800 82 1000 today.
Also, introducing new MMS promo prices from 5 Jan 2004 onwards:
a) Domestic Picture Message (Pay RM0.50 per message sent)
b) International Picture Message (Pay RM1.50 per message sent)

dat mean i have wrong info,from my experiance,my digi prepaid was terimate because of -RMxxx.xx bal cause i connect pc 2 d/load openoffice 4 more than 6 hrs with t39, 2nd is celcom prepaid i connect to pc with 9210i 4 about 2 mths++,dis my 3rd experiance hotlink connect 2 pc through p800 just recently n most of http i can not https,anyway thanks very much 4 ur info...i don know there is promo..so wat promo j know,pls let me know..

it's the same rate for maxis... the never change 1kb 1.5 cents. just that they have new package for those heavy GPRS user. 1MB if RM10 is cheaper than RM15 by normal rate.
