I guess you sopke to their "customer services" team. This is not the case. You need sim updates. Call them back and ask for them to send all the sim updates again and you will have full access to the divert menu, plus you can remove that ugly icon.

Good luck!

Half right, when I spoke to customer services they agreed that a divert was in place, but that the menu was missing because my SIM wasn't a 3G one.

Typing in a code canceled all diverts and removed the icon, which was all I really wanted as it was bugging me!

When converting video for my K850i, what is the optimum video size and audio bit-rate etc?

I remember reading on here somewhere but I can't seem to find it.

TIA

Sorry to bump this again but I still can't find it.

Also, does anyone know how to put in Audio Books content so that it appears in the media player menu?

I have created a Audio Book folder in the file manager and put content in there but the Audio Book section in the media player is empty.

TIA

Ah right I get mine from Audible.co.uk and they have their own player to download onto your phone!

I was just thinking you could use that if you couldn't get the K850 to play them all by itself!

Its still a bit of a mystery to me how to do this.

The Audiobooks weren't downloaded straight to the phone but sideloaded so may be thats why.

Thanks anyway Nanu, I guess its not too much of an issue.
