yeah, I put 4.01 on. It didn't need a full restore and my signal meter is now showing a little less than it did before.

I've decided against 4.1 beta for now as there seems to be some issues but little benefit

Hey masseur, i'm kind of lazy to read if you have the antenna issue so I'm gonna ask you.
Do you have it? the death grip?
p.s.
i'm getting the black iphone, which bumper color is gonna suit it best? black, white, grey? Don't want those fruity colors...

Anyone has a photo comparison of the Retina vs. samsung's SUPER AMOLED???
Video and photo isn't exactly the same. I'm looking something like engadget's comparison of the 3GS vs. iPhone 4.
I saw some pics right now, a black iPhone with a white bumper. I'm getting that combination. I also saw engadget's sweet combo. They took a black iphone, bough a white mask and replaced the front and back panel. Though the home button remained black and that white phone with a black looked awesome.

I'm still trying to get hold of one of these but I haven't had the chance to get make regular phone calls to sales or get in line in stores. I think Apple really messed up on not making enough units. Anyone know when the white one will be released?

Right, IF IF IF IF Tesco FINALLY get it right FOURTH time round, then I should FINALLY have my iPhone today!

It surprising how dependent you get on something. For me it was Push - especially Calendar. My organisation has gone to mush this last month since selling my 3G.

Anyways, as some of you will know, just before selling the 3G I Jailbroke it and now don't think I could live without Lockscreen.

So, has anyone been brave enough to Jailbreak their iPhone 4?

If so, which one did you use?

I upgraded to 4.0.1 last night and have witnessed a 2 bar drop to 3 bars, I could throw a stone and hit the mast near to our house, so 5 bars seemed a little more realistic.....

Here are a few comparison shots of the Bold, Nexus One and N900 next to the iPhone all using Orange

So are RIM, HTC and Nokia's calculations wrong or is Apple's new calculation correct?

After a lot of blood, swear and tears I finally received my iPhone 4 32GB. And after all the hassle Tesco gave me I could have given them double but I'm far too nice and honest a guy to do so.

Anyway, TBH I'm bitterly disappointed with it - the design (it feels horrible and awkward to hold), the signal and reception are terrible (don't know whether this has something to do with fact I'm with Tesco/O2), Push doesn't seem to work, the camera quality aint as good as I thought it would be AND bloomin Tesco do not have a Call Waiting service!!!

Gonna play about with it for a couple of days and see how I feel then - maybe wait and see what Steve Jobs says later. But right now, if I could, I'd go and get a 3GS if it meant saving some money.
