have you trust in the java applet at start? (did you click on Yes/Always, did you?!)
Before it comes to try to check if seus_setup115 is installed, download it before and then install it from local, and click on next. this way you can save your time if it always wants to install. ...and I hope it helps.

Hey! Good news (I think!)

Just tried to update fw via seus, and *it worked...*
So now I've got... R2L001 instead of the fw that came with it when I bought it! I was a bit nervous that it wasn't going to be okay, especially when it stopped once at 61%. I thought "oh no!, why am I doing this"... but it just jumped to 78 after a few seconds Lol

But the camera sound is still there! :'( oooh... nooo....

SEUS online is currently at R2L001. I had that FW and tried to upgrade to R2AE033 and no go although it said downloading and installing update (took 10 minutes). After all that I still had the same FW I had before.

When I try and update my phone it says no sync station found??
Anyone know how to fix this, the green light it lit up and mobile phone monitor has a green tick across it.

Any help appreciated.

Lift the syncstation, look at the label on the bottom side. Does it say "DSS-20" anywhere on the label? If not you have an incompatible P800 syncstation.

Sometimes you have to unplug the DSS USB from the PC and replug it in to get SEUS to work.
