I just noticed the menu animation is now smooth!!!:O (on EA037)
Of course the animation isn't too fast but atleast it doesn't stutter like it did before

havent noticed any major differences yet, apart from improved speed and transitions, no HDSPA option in networks but that could just be my phone, still awaiting the big old holy grail of R3

What is your CDA? I'm also on Western Europe unbranded, with CDA 1202-5694, and was able to update today. If you have a different CDA, you might want to change it with kulankendi...

The next major firmware update will be the R3AA one. This will - among other things - include the new menu set-up where you can alter the look of the menu icons.

Mizzle major major ... But when ? Major should be January one Face detection would be great for us for recopensate ... if they have any newer firmware R3 R2 whatever ... Why they releas next firmware and next with R1 ? Why don`t they wait and release R3 ? :/ I don`t undrestand :/
