An F series replacement is going to need a little more than a 750M. More along the lines of a 770M or 780M. 750M would be fine for the Z though.
Also, I'd want the "One Sony" phone to have a Gun-Metal Grey Magnesium/Aluminium alloy body. Feels so silky smooth in the hand. That and a 4.7/4.8 inch (5 if necessary) 1080p Display with very high contrast and very good viewing angles (basically NOT the screen on the Xperia Z)

The last VAIO F had a 540M. The VAIO S has a 640M LE. The 750M would be a big improvement and would put Sony on the level of other manufacturers.
