Power OFF. Remove Batt, Remove M2 card. Unplug Charger. Wait 10mins. Ask yourself if your batt was fully charged before beginning procedure??
Plug back in BATT, Launch SEUS on PC.
Follow instructions for connecting into SEUS mode for firmware update. BE patient as possible, but DON"T plug out your battery without powering off your phone FIRST or plugging out the USB cable during completion of SEUS. Let us know if it worked/not.

luckily didn't have to reflash
the M2 card caused the problem - it needed a format
now everything works fine
thought my K850 was dead again after all these 031 BRODs...

It's either mwarner is still waiting to post a proper update review on this 037 FW FIX as to detail and out line what it have fix or what it did not fix so we can understand actually, how stable is this FW FIX going to be because it is not really a new FW its a BROD solution

Well he added the UK firmware as well.. and i guess this EA037 is bigger than the UK fw

Added R1EA037 to the first post. As many of you know, I do not own a K850, having a Nokia N82 instead, so I must rely on Esato users to keep the information in the first post up to date. If you notice any changes to the software, PM me and I will try to add the additional information to the first post. I don;t check Esato too regularly any more, so please be patient if I do not get back to you quickly!

have you seen any extra feature added from 031 in 037 besides speed improvements so far everything to be fine. i am just hoping that the next FW mizzle talk about really have the camera drive update to really make this product the FLAGSHIP by the way can you or any one else explain this light sensor to the front of the phone how effective it is or does it work any at all
