u can place a shortcut file (ending with extension
.@), in far manager, and shortcut the file to ur phone memory, or mem stick ..
then u won't need far manager no more, u can easily put/overwrite the camdriver file in ur mem stick, and if u restart ur phone, the new driver will be visible

..
in the shortcut file (camdriver0.dat.@) put this for example:
/tpa/user/other/cam/camdriver0.dat
and put that in the /FS/ifs/settings/camera/ folder in far manager (camdriver0.dat.@) and remove the original camdriver file .. and put the cam driver file in ur phone memory in the folder other/cam ..
that's all!
works fine by me, have this also for my customised menu, and layout.xml file ..

Does not work for me:-( Works with menu.ml but doesnt work when shortcuting camdriver0.dat. Whats your firmware? Im trying shortcut on W800/R1BC002. Could you plz put somewhere your file
camdriver0.dat.@?
To 1X10N: You have to edit or create the file in hexa. Check this:

To aksd: Great work! Keep pushing:-)

I edited the .@ in hexa, too, i tried everything, but still dont work.
if frz_1985 put the file anywhere, it would be great.
great photos with 10.01!
