Yes, there is a new developer fw called R9F004 out for them now. Will probably take another month or so before we can even dream about seeing a release fw for us!
And from the number it must be a very minor update anyways.

So, i really can´t see how you can tell it is minor...beware that phone firmware (r9, r7, etc), is really unimportant, its the organizer firmware that counts

Since I upgraded to R9 I can not make video calls. The screen gets stuck in 3 seconds. I have R9EA001 and organizer R4A13 and it tells me that i have the latest software. Does anybody know what I should do?

not always, there were examples of people with r7 and r2a organizer, and this test version is another example, but the main thing to look is the organizer version, always - that is why language files at SE site are organized specificaly by organizer version and not phone version
