@prom1
there's been some discussion before, whether the k700i is the successor of the t610. personally i would say no, this IS the successor of the first SE classic. material-wise and everything else, it's clearly a direct successor. the king has come back to reclaim his throne =).

@bart
isn't the screen supposed to be made of mineral glass? how on earth did you scratch it 'easily'? or are you trying to say it smudges?

can't wait for this one.

i didn't scratch it, it wasn't mine, but it had scratches on it, quite alot, probably made by some keys.
it was a proto, but one that is the same as the retail model, and yes the screen was mineral.

disapointed by the fact that it doesn't feel that good in the hand, it will take some time to adjust.

oyea and my store will get the T650 in a special color version, one that most of you will love, i know its exclusive to us here in Flanders, not sure if some other county's will get it.

what colour might that be? please, let it be black...!

when you were mentioning the phone's ergonomics, you mean it is top heavy? and i still don't get how mineral glass can get scratched, even by keys. are you sure that wasn't the model they used for durability test ?

If the price is right, and I expect it will be given the spec, I'll get either this or the K770i next. Provided they both work with my MXE-60 I don't mind

i don't think they'd be in the same price bracket. the positioning is completely different, even though they might share similar specs. the k770 is just a rung below the k850, so i think it's quality might not even match the k800 (not to mention it's plasticky as mad). the t650 whereas is a top of the line product, a premium phone.

the top of the phone is quite heavy yes.

a mineral glass can get scratched, trust me, some watches have the 2, their is no such thing and an unscratcheble screen, at least not for the global market.

Yeah its down for me too, I suspect somethings being updated.

As for the difference, realistically the K750i is to bridge the gap between the K750i and the K800i. Better camera and screen than the K750i, but same flash.

And from what I saw the T650i shouldn't realistically be much more than £220. Phones have, rather suprisingly, become much cheaper of later. I remember paying £250 for what was a top end of the mid range sector handset. Even now, the N95 is only worth a paltry £200, its suprising just how quickly technology goes cheap.

The K550i for example. Started off a good £40 more than the K750i, now their the same price, within a few months.

This means if I sell my W850i, and my W810i, I can have a nicer phone for not alot of cash
