@Hobbs

Yep, a lovely bit of ICS for me! The S2 roms floating about are Sammys version with Touchwiz so no real point in them as you wont see any major difference in day to day use...

@Tsepz_GP

So far so good man, loving it! On stock 4.0.1 at the moment which is known to have issues, the volume bug and a little lag here and there. Gonna be rooting and putting a custom rom on this afternoon, that will be .2 based, but .3 will be available soon as some custom roms have elements of it incorporated - supposed to really improve the auto backlight setting.

Got the phone on O2 and the .2 update isnt available for me when it is for other sim free versions.

On the train up to see my parents for crimbo and listening to tunes on Google music over the network, sweet! Laptop with me so rooting time when i arrive!

I thought all updates on ICS would be at the same time regardless of networks??

Strange that if you look at the photo I took of the Nexus something on screen looks sloppy. On some of the menus like Messenger, Downloads, Navigation etc the last letter below the words under the icons is on another line. Looks really sloppy that does not fitting the words on one line

It probably isn't such a big deal,I just wanted to know from the guys with stock roms what their experience was because I'm on a custom rom with custom kernels.Only had the phone in it's original state for a week before I started messing with it.And it's my first experience with a dual core unit so I'll get use to it.It's mainly with gaming that it's heats up for me.Also I had it charging that first time it hit 53°.
Glad you loving your iPhone.I have the iPhone to thank for getting me in to Android so I'm on good terms with the iPhone and Apple as a whole.They upped the game a few years back and that's why in 2011 I'm sitting with this killer G2. (By the way Bono I think you were crazy mad when you got rid of yours).

Caspa

Do you have ICS?

My Sensation used to hit around 48%
It always got hot on the Internet but I often
Took it to bed and used it till I fell asleep lol
Btw nothing against android it's a nice system
After 3x android devices I was happy

But then I got a iPhone 4 and I couldn't use
It as a phone as it was locked but still
As a iPod it was a utter winner for me

I actually hated having 2x devices on me
At the time so it made sense just having a
4S in the end it's perfect for me

Apple do not scrimp on quality
It looks and perform in perfection for
Me and I love all the niggley bits it does
