According to this article, Omnibalance will be around for some time. (Third paragraph from bottom).

i think people are praising Exynos a little too soon without solid evidence and bashing SD810 same way.yes the chip in Note4 was solid so was 805 that doesn't mean exynos is all awesomeness and SD is totally crap.not talking about xajel but general comments i see all over internet

The thing with exynos vs snapdragon this generation is that exynos is likely manufactured at 14nm (rumors seems to think so) while 810 is at 20nm. That will give a huge bonus seeing as they are roughly the same design. I don't think any company can buy exynos at 14nm at the moment because all the wafers are probably going to exynos and later when they increase the yield, apple a9.

Was Feb. the official release date for the 5.0 Update?
I guess we have to wait because there is not one sign (leak) at all.

I quite like omnibalance. So it's good news for me.

I like the omnibalance also, the point is just to have tweaks and improvements from time to time, what I saw through Z, Z1, Z2, Z3 is good.

The omnibalance design is now a classic and it's hard to see how Sony can improve the design on the Z4, my only dislike is without a case it is very slippy to handle otherwise it just oozes class which personally I think in terms of Android no other device can match.

Hi all, I was checking through Amazon.co.uk and seen the screen protector that was posted a few pages back. Now it's not the screen protector that is interesting here it's the release date of the product, 18/07/2015 I know this doesn't confirm anything but could this be another sign of the Z4 coming late to market.

The lower 2 variants are probably mid range (T/M) and low end (E). aren't making only high end devices save them some $ at least until they recover? i bought my mom moto g 2nd gen, NOT xperia m2... as much as i would like to support sony, m2 is just not competitive. would be better if they took the efforts of this mid and low to make ultra successor...
@XperiaJunkie
simply not possible: miku' noted late may release, august release would be way too late for mwc announced device, it would be just a month earlier then the next wave of z's (ifa), lastly, as you wrote these are known fan concepts.

I've known phones to be released 3 - 4 months after announcement. So it's not completely out of the question.
