i signed a contract with base when i baught my first mobile the t18 for 15.000bef can you believe it. and the reason i took base was because they were the first to have an abonnement with the monthly fee, and my god were they cheap.
I have to say i've never had any problems with my base contract not in belgium nor on holliday!
i still think they have good tarifs and especially now with imode i couldnt miss them
