hi! smartnet charges P450 for non warranty phones....
regarding the P500 charge by semicon...this maybe true for the repair (labor fee) of non warranty nokia cellphones? i have read in an ad before that all authorized nokia svc will have a standard charge of P500 compared to what they charge before (P1650)
