This could be due to a simple fact. Ur friend was getting a signal from a different base station. It does happen. Even when the phones are side by side. The Celcom careline people told me that. When they were doing the merger with TM touch, my phone showed No Signal and my mom and dad's phones were ok. The Celcom Peeps told me to switch base stations by selecting the TM Touch service instead of celcom. Then it had signal. I was then told to switch off my phone for about 15minutes, turn it back on and switch back to celcom. *poof* my phone was back to normal, it had indeed, selected a better signal from another base station

complain to consumers' tribunal... they will settle it for you... u prolly get a refund or some kind of compensation... sure got some kinda compensation one la... not just a sorry...

the panasonic GX-70 was a good buy compare with Z600 with the price of RM1500. smaller and slimer. but still thier interface which is not as nice as

it's another challanger for samsung clamshell phone series.
