Before today the only X10 I'd hed and played with was mine which is white. Today arrived 5 black X10s on my desk. I must say I was surprised by them. They're nice in black. But after spending all day in poses on my desk with a bed of X10s I still prefer the white.

SO TRUE goldenface. I was hoping AT&T would never pick up the X10 so that I would feel more exclusive by having my white X10. Now, I won't feel as special anymore. BUT.. the only saving grace is I am in America and most people would rather follow the hype and get an iphone4 than an X10 running donut. Apparently the AT&T version will not have any upgrades in place (afaik) and only comes with a 2GB SD card. I'm not even sure they offer white. Let's hope they don't ha!
On the flip side, I hope it is a success so that SE makes money and can produce even better devices in the future.

SE have stated that all their Android devices would be upgradeable to Froyo. Look at it this way. The X8 shall ship with 2.1. So wont it get an update? If it does, the next update has to be Froyo. If the X8 gets it, i see no reason to believe why the others wont.
