Bueno tio acuerdate de esto.TIM NO C0BRA x navegar en Internet USando Los APN GPRS (tim,mms,tv,wap) A EXCEPCION de los clientes POSTPAGO EMPRESAS
Si Ies han cobrado entonces...
1.Aseguvate ke navegaste usando GPRS y no CSD
2.Recuerda ke GPRS NO marca ningun numero para conectarse a Ihternet.
3.Reune Toda las Pruebas ke indiken ke te han cobrado ilegalmente.
4.Revisa OTRA vez tu configuracion y ke este en GPRS.
5.Presenta tu RECLAMO .al 151 y no te DESESPERES.
6.talvez te diran ke CSD = GPRS peno NO ES ASI.
7.EscucHa todo EL ROLLO ke te dice y SIMPLEMENTE dile ke tu usaste la Configuracion Del Telefono. ke es GPRS y naDa de CSD.
8.Y despues del OTRO ROLLO ke te den diles ke igual deseas Presentar tu RECLAMO y diles de pasada ke Asi no se TRATA a un CLIENTE. Y solo REclamos TU DERECHOS!
9.Y luego nos kuentas ke fue...
