It is fully stable phone now. But IMO second statement is true only if power user is somebody who absolutely demands huge multitasking functionality. Otherwise I would say that even the power user can be much satisfied with the phone. For example I use almost every P990 functionality and don't have any problem. It is my inseparable companion when it comes to business, travelling, learning a new language, music, books, camera, internet etc.
