i updated my firmware a couple of days back... but unfortunately had to give my cellphone for repair as it kept restarting itself, so they reinstalled the firmware I got R1L002, the one that i installed was another version that I dont remember. but now when I try to update the firmware it says that I have the latest firmware installed i.e. R1L002.
What do I do to install the latest firmware

What baste07 meant about branding was if your phone had any menus or images that show you that your cell "belongs to any operator" (voda, O2, cingular etc. )

right about 10 minutes ago and i was not at my computer when the bar filed up but when I returned i find the startup screen of the "update service" program of SE.
Can I do a master reset whith my phone tuned off and how I can do that?
Now it id DEAD. I reinstaled the update service program and when I press C and connect the usb cable nothing happends.
