But what if the police are slower than bullock carts!! lol...Here,many murderers,rapists,kidnappers,road rage and all (especially politicians and rich people) walk free for many years before court makes a judgment... 10-15k rupees(250-400$) fine and 10-20 year jail maybe even life imprisonment(but there are many loopholes
)

I loved the colour and sharpness of this particular photo...maybe coz the lighting from the fluorescent table lamp made the big difference.
