I tried to BT connect to a colleague today that has an iPAQ. It worked well, until I was greeted with a password prompt. Bastard!

We need more new nokia phones here. Not too much to bluejack otherwise.

Bad news 4 bluejacking: T610 still doesn't have long range bluetooth. Imagine bluejacking of new bricks (if they would implement it) in 100m range!

Ha Ha, Imanaged to Bluejack somebody at the cinema last night. My first one other than sending messages to my girlfriend.

Me and a friend went to see "The Ring". You knonw, the one with the videotape and if you watch it you die 7 days later.

Anyway, I did a quick scan towards the end of the movie and picked up a 7650. So I sent a message saying just "7 days!". The poor guy was sat just in front of me and to the left. He looked a bit freaked, haha.

@leibniz: if you read my bluejack document, it'll tell you that you do not need to pair the device you want to bluejack... This message was posted from a WAP device

hrmph. Had my lovely p800 stolen the other day (at knifepoint!) so am back to bluejacking with my trusty t68 until my insurance cough up for a new one.

Went into carphone warehouse and sent the guy behind the till a message. His colleague (james) was making a sale so I sent him a contact saying "make james a cup of tea". Ooh, the look on his face. That was priceless, he even asked james if he had sent it. I had to leave the shop

Man, this blujacking is addictive. A new hobby I think....lol

@si_sleaf:

Dude! Your P800 was ripped off?! I would be very fu$%& up if that happened to me

Regarding jacking, scored again today And again, on a mall.

Spot an asian couple foolin' around with a Finish brick and right away made a search.
"Zhan" appeared on screen (maybe it's the fellas name... I'm portuguese and don't know what "Zhan" means ).
Picked up my fav GIF: and sent it through
The guy accepted it right away as this was the fastest jack I've ever experienced
I stood nearby them to see their reaction but they didn't even move!
So I walked away and when I glazed my eyes to them, they vanished! Maybe I scared them off...

One thing I'm thinking on doing is taking a picture of the jacked victim and send it through That would be a killer...

@ajack

When I tried it: I searched, I found, I clicked Yes, and was greeted with a password prompt. I suppose if I would have clicked the menu button instead of the Yes button, I may have had some options to send. If that's the case, maybe you can add it to your doc.
