Alright i will report back to you. I was thinking of using layyit to download runtime because it download faster than the other proxies but for some reason layyit did not open the whole day. Maybe their server is down and now i have like 4kbs downloading 15MB very slowly. The download just stopped at 200kb damn this proxy suck. Will try a different proxy and see. @Annigg, do you have the ebook of your-freedom on how to configure it? I think it will help you understand it more as i saw that there is a lot of configuring to do

hey again people...
I've been working on the downloads for opmin 5 beta 2 but cant get anything right. when downloading, the kb counter doesn't move in the download manager, and after a while the download fails. i can however, download small files of no greater than 1mb. i have previously downloaded from ucweb7 with the download manager, but that was the uncracked version which obviously chowed my airtime... since then i've been searching for a version of ucweb with which i can edit the http server. i have tried a few handler mods, but those only allow the editing of front queries etc. I have even gone so far as to start modding the app myself, but cant, however, figure out the http server for it. any help would be appreciated...

@ Sai
ok firstly, you'd need an application that could read the instruction of the .torrent file (bittorrent, utorrent are the most common). then, you'd obviously download the file with .torrent extension. open it in your torrent application, and it should connect, but at reduced speeds. in your bottom left (utorrent) there should be a yellow sign with an exclamation mark in it. this means that you can connect, but there are restrictions being imposed by your service provider(NB: ADSL USERS ONLY!!!). what you should then do, is go to your internet browser and edit your adsl modem settings by going to 10.0.0.2 (default). it should prompt for a password: admin(default) and username:admin (default). i dont really remember, but you should add the port that your torrent application is using to the exceptions list. you should now get great speeds.
furthermore, what you should also take into consideration it the health of the particular torrent file; this would be the number of seeders (people who currently host the file) and leechers(people who wish to download the file), and the best one should be one with more seeders than leechers.
happy downloading and i hope i helped...

Hi this is my first post so i say hello and thank you to everyone. I can browse free and download free. I normally use live.vodafone.com/dahr.php but today it said you are not allowed to use this as a server etc so i changed proxis stil the same thing happened. So does this still work and if so a working proxy would be nice aswell because i tried alot of different ones with the same result. I dont like cgi unless i download and i hate the glype (live.vodafone.com.ph).
