I just searched the forums and have found alot of old posts saying that they are fakes. But its almost july now so dont know if theyre real or not. Its hard to tell when theyre a power seller with close to 2000 transactions and in the 98-99 % great feedback area.

Might just get a K700i and wait till I hear something concrete

Its 180 both ways. you can only close it from the direction you opened it which is why SE says its 180.

When considering standby- and talk-time, the display resolution should not matter that much. The display should not really be active during a call, and definately not active when testing the standby performance (read: no screensaver etc).

The times presented are probably tested in a lab environment under optimum conditions.

Yes English please. In regards to the s700...is the swivel 180 or 360?

It is 180 degrees, and you can open it in one direction only (you can swivel the keyboard-part counterclockwise, as you can see in this video: http://www.t610.org/s700/videos/swivel.divx )

thx people. i was jus worried dat people mite try 2 twist it the wrong way and break it. Shud hav been a perfect 360.

Question: Does anyone think that the s700 looks ugly when its opened? the side pics of it opened makes the fone look kind of big and clumsy. what do u think?

Im in love with this phone and i couldn't care less about how it looks when opened cause I'd hardly be using it when opened: I can recieve calls, Make them ( i keep all possibilities of #s on the phonebook), take pictures or make videos, and listen to mp3s or radio without needing to open the keypad

coming out in september for 500US$ !!! !!!

Then why does P900 have 1200 mAh ? Since S700 has a large screen people will most probably use it a lot for other stuff (like K700) than just talking (movies, games, music etc.) and then 780 mAh will be way to small battery in my oppinion. The 700 mAh battery of K700 seem to be a good proof of that.
