working on a track that sounds like massive attack music. very nice.

I dig some of Massive Attack's music. I've got two of their albums in my collection, namely Protection (1st 2 songs are pretty good but the rest of this album I find quite lame...) and Mezzanine. Mrs. A absolutely digs their amazing 'Tear Drop' song off the latter album.

We're off to a Muslim wedding now; one of our work colleagues is getting married in Tottenham (Spurs territory!) in north London.
Hopefully we won't get stuck in traffic along London's busy North Circular motorway, called the A406.
Will check in here again later tonight.

@ amawanqa, dig mezzanine. my favourite tracks are Angel(matrix sound: the song i am working on sounds a little down that line) and also teardrop. my friend who lives in london somewhere often sees the guy from massive attack, and has talked to him. asapently him and the gorillaz guy(former blur) are seen together often. the gorillaz chap is asapently quite an ass.

@francois: Why don't we start a band, make some nice beats and I'll do the raps:-D
Just got out of the cinema, saw the much-hyped new Pirates of the Caribbean movie.

@ brix, not a bad idea. i like trying my hand at different genre's. much to my advantage. i am very open to anything. currently i think i am supposed to be in about 3 musical projects. nothing is happening with them. one is like an evanesance type thing, other is adult contemporary. the rock band is still going. i would like to put a few projects together, including a ambient punk rock band.

we are out playing pool tonight. i am so wasted. too little sleep. had one drink, and i am fine. must say, i never drink much, but drink even less these days.

Just got back home from the wedding.
Thought I might have a gap to 'esato' after the Nikah part of the wedding, while all the socialising and grazing was going on...but the biryani kept distracting me...

@ francois,
Yeah, Damon Albarn is apparently a real poephol of note at times, according to numerous reports in the past, but I obviously don't know first-hand.

Had a brief fiddle with a K800i at the local Carphone Warehouse. It is very angular in the front, but the top part of the back of the handset does slope and curve to soften the overall 'squarishness' of the handset to a slight extent; that camera is pretty darn impressive; well a big jump up from my 3230's 1.3mp cam anyway, which would be quite obvious to say the least. The W810 and K750 look much more dinky in size next to the larger K800i and similarly-sized Nokia 6233, which they also had there on display.
In reality it's only 5mm taller and fractionally wider than the W810, but it just looked asif it was more than this.

When I saw that top section on several live pics I knew it was going to be an issue.

Haven't had much chance to get online, spent the whole of yesterday helping neighbours patch a roof which was torn off during the storm. Just woke feeling as if a truck had flattened me, if i didn't know better i'd swear i had a hangover, even though i didn't touch a drop.

How was the movie, Brix?

@da krypsta: Pirates of Caribbean- Dead Man's Chest was good, would hasten to call it brilliant. It all the elements that make for a great blockbuster...great acting especially from Johnny Depp and ok special effects. I don't think it's suitable for small kids though.
