u can't do a master reset even charging it if its dead.

reupdate it again, when u see usb problem, just remove the bat and put it again and repeat (pres c and atach cable) till the soft find it.

wait untill the soft ask u to press C and let il pressed while ataching the cable.
wait the soft ask u to remove ur finger from c

keep trying mate, i advice u to recharge ur bat in other phone too.

if nothing, so seus can't help u, u nead full flash, use setool cracked with flash files from http://www.topsony.com/, or take it to someone who have original softs like me

I have been done the update twice before today. Today i've started the process and I've gone to the kitcken beacause is booring to see a bar filing up. When i've come back in the bottom i've seen the message that the windows doen not recognize a device on the USB.
