feels gay huh sanjeev... heh
when i was usin my previous phone, a nokia 8850 (sorry to say the N word here..
) a friend lent me a neck strap juz so i could try and see what it felt like...
i felt like a bloody cow with a MUTHA bell around it's neck, that's what it felt like... hahahahaha

guys, i need your say on this.
u see, i was at ericserve not too long ago to have my t610 display screen changed due to 'uneven colour saturation and white dots' (as seen by jeff). well, he was kind enough to replace a new one for me and also upgrade to latest fw.
then it struck me.... if t630 and t610 are of the same technical specs... can the t630 display be fitted to the t610?... since it's a TFD display as compared to the t610's STN (which is a bit sucky at times). jeff said he's not sure but will play around once the product is at hand. he might even try to change the faceplates too!
but if it's possible and that the t610's firmware can be upgraded to the t630's one... is it safe to say the t610 will have 'My Friends support too? that remains to be seen....
btw, anyone know what does 'My Friends' do besides instant messaging? saw that at SE's site...macam best la plak!

why? they scared later the t630 cannot sell ah? tu laa.. sapa suruh SE come out with a another version of T6XX. i think the t610 is good enough to last a least until they launch T650... hopefully end of this year?
btw sanj, you are from sunway rite? which part?

about the upgrading thing, ok la maybe not the firmware. but if just to change from STN to TFD should be no prob. rite? provided it can be done la.
but come to think of it, wouldn't it be considered as tampering with the phone.... and wether the warranty covers such modification? i think u are rite la sanj. apart from the rugi sales and all i think this may be another reason. same like your T300/T310.

esato.....oh!! and be4 i 4get....the t630 can be fitted into the t610 casing.....but again, it voids the warranty.....so think long and hard....i'm pretty tempted myself too.....
