hmm... in the internet version of the manual and in my italian one, it says that the strap is not included in the kit.
guess it's just specially for the m'sian market. or asian, for that matter... coz asian's really LOVE their neck/hand straps

Just now bluejacked a 6600 a sales trying to sell at sg wang. Then send a note to a demo ngage and make set it in a way next person play with it will see it. Too bad can stay much longer as its much easier to bluejack here
