the EM ON photo has far less noise but it's too bright and blurry (i didn't shake the phone)

listen no offense please but I think You should retake the pics under the same lighting conditions.maybe You pressed the EM(ISO) button too much(I said MAYBE I could be wrong)and that made the EM ON photo to bright

as I wrote some time ago SEM/EM are cut off (even if enabled) for good light conditions. good light is this situation when camera can use ISO80 or ISO100 without SEM/EM
how can i make EM ISO100 too ?please help
