For once I can give you a small rumor. I heard the H2 Sony flagship will use a fingerprint scanner under the actual glass of the lcd screen. That would be pretty cool if true

That was the biggest flaw of the design of the x series. The flat fingerfrint scanner just destroys the seamless design of the x series.

The more time is passed, the more I feel peoples are disappointed by Sony's X Performance

We do all know here that the x performance is basically the same as the z1 or z3+ or Arc S.
The real flagship is not the x performance.

That should be possible with SD820. I know Sony is developing that technology for the last 2-3 years so far.

@motvikt,
I've heard about this with S820 announcement, but more companies now support this not tied to Qualcomm, companies like Synaptics ( same company behind iPhone fingersensor ), Sonavation, IDEX...

but till this date only one phone does have this tech. which I don't remember ( some Chinese made ), I guess the tech. is still new to be used on a well known brand's Flagship...

If Sony will be the first, then it's awesome... Apple already patented a design for this ( shocking !! ), and there was a long speculation that Apple may ditch the only physical button they have...

@Shino03,
I know that, I always expressed my opinion on this, even few pages back someone asked me If I don't see XP as a flagship what it should be, I said it's a high-end, but not a flagship...

The Xperia X1 Performance look more of a made up stuff Nodar's Chinese cousin would create.
What happened to Nodar btw? Banned?

That 6 inch phone must exist because the C5 maybe sold well in Asia. I've never seen a C4 or C5 ever in the UK if it was even available here. The X1 Performance looks like an iPhone 5 with the Galaxy S5 horrible textured back. It no way fits the Sony design language, Sony never have exposed antenna lines either.

I say bring back Nodar to give insight into future Sony phones.
