they must do an online upgrade to get the software since the section for downloading software is closed.

R2D is the lastest software for T68m...

Men vad jag förstår så kan de inte uppgradera min telefon nu då!
De har inte gjort en OnLineUppgradering när programvaran var tillgänglig och det går väl inte att göra en sådan uppgradering nu?
Finns det något jag kan göra än att åka till ett annat SP??

kör dom en online flash (via GSM under Applications på servern) kommer programvaran att laddas ner innan telefonen uppdateras... detta går alldeles utmärkt att göra. Programvaran ska finnas tillgänglig för samtliga serviceombud nu eftersom den släpptes officiellt igår onsdag.
dom borde ju kunna läsa... detta står på första sidan på EMMA servern:
Please take note that you can still use EMMA II Online, as normally, and that it is only the "Online Updates" utility that has been closed.
To download a new model start the GSM application online, connect a phone, follow the instructions and then select the appropriate model. After the new model has been downloaded it can be used offline as well.

So Helsfyr is the place in Oslo for T68 upgrade do they charge money? i dont have a recit and my phone is locked but im working on geting it unlocked and the i will upgrade it

mdkia, maybe I'm wrong but as I know you can't change software flashed to your phone back to old/older version! (e.g. I can't now change back from my R2B025 to R2B013).
Now R2B025 (MMS software, but VERY OLD MMS software - looks e.g. when ElGato have got it!!!) is realesed MMS software and you have R2D005(!), which is not MMS but MUCH NEWER software(!) ... maybe this is your problem?! SC just can't flash your phone back to OLDER (R2B025 is much older than R2D005 as I already said) SW, but at the moment R2B025 is (maybe) the only good working (all tests completed succesfully) MMS software ... I think that there maybe was also something like e.g.(!!!) R2
D025 for YOUR R2D (SW) phone, but this is not ready yet (tests ...?!) or will not be ever be ready?!?
Finaly at SE website you can read that update will not be available in ALL COUNTRIES(!) ... so some countries will have it, some not! Maybe Italy is not in the list?? I suggest that if(?) you will travel sometimes to Europe so ask for MMS update e.g. in Finland/Sweden/Norway/England ... etc.
Hope you will finaly have YOUR phone updated to MMS software!
