Mmmm. A4A 8.2 works fine. Have a look on some quick testing:
focus set to infinity, no EM, manual shutter speed:
voila:
indoor, all auto:
very low noise, just perfect
max macro:
JUST WONDERFUL WORK, LPACHUONG. 10X

i would rather like to see real comparision between 6.5.1 and earlier. i hope that pictures from your next post wasn't comparision with pictures from previous post...
1. sky - on solid color area dirt from high compression is much more visible
2. punk - noisy where? blur yes but as for my eye you shaked hand or used macro mode
3. indian - did you used night mode or EM? i don't think so, pic is taken in bad light, so ISO must be high without additional settings
with 6.5, 6.5.1 and new 6.6 i never had problems. sun, clouds, macro, indoor, night... scene wasn't important. four random pics from many:
no sun, only dark clouds before big rain (auto + focus infinity)
indoor (auto + focus infinity)
kadajo
i don't have additional features in "standard" driver mode that's why you can't compare it with 21.xx. standard = features like in original driver + AE (un-)lock, that's all
hiuh... ok, i have enough of this madness. next driver + tool versions will be the last one. my job with the driver is actually done. probably i'll drop further development of the configuration tool. you know why... don't count on big support in other drivers. i will release fixed versions only if they will be needed

@Raiderski
That's why I'm puzzled, man. Our phones are identical, and I have such good results with 6.4 and 6.5 before the 6.5 final version. I can't get it. You know, I got used to your driver, so I think I know how to use it. So... I'm shocked.
And for my punk pic (actualy thats not my hair and i'm not a punk

it's just one a red fan

), yes maybe you're right, it's taken by a friend of mine and she was very drunk so maybe her hand were shaking.
I'll show you some pics later... they're all so noisy. I can't get it
And, dude, no i'm not comparing the pics from the first and the second post. I'm really stucked to your driver, and an absolut newbe with A4A, so the pics taken with 6.5 must be muuuch better... I don't know why they're not. Maybe I drink too much lately...

The driver seems perfect as is anyway

Great work, as for the config tool, it's nice but not really needed that much. Great work on that too.

8.2 is a lovely piece of work. I do however have the same problem I had with 7.8 with the color balance being a bit too warm in the initial state. I have looked at the code and cannot find where I would need to make the SET(21,16) -> SET(21,F6) change that I did to 7.8 on your guidance as you've changed the look of the code in a few places. Can you enlighten me again, for 8.2 please.
Thanks,
Brian.

@Raider an lpachuong
One problem I can see on all drivers is, that when I want to make a picture with huge amount of light (pictures in fornt of sun), the ISO is going up to values 125 or 160. Shutter speed is 1/6400...
WHY???
