Yeah, I noticed that too. He must have sterilised his fingers. However, doesn't the factory screen protector tend to collect greasy fingerprint scum easier than the actual screen beneath it?

I've lost the notification bar at the top of the home screen. How do I get it back, anyone?

G-face
Are you using ADW Launcher? If so just swype your finger upward in the homescreen to bring the notification bar back.

@goldenface how the hell did you do that?

I'm also interested in what they use for a screen protector and if anyone here has removed their factory screen protector and since got any scratches on their screen I'd like to know. My Martin Fields protector is annoying me but I lost my original spare and don't trust the £1 jobs from down the road here in Beijing.

I took the one SE puts on right away.. 5 months later.. no issues.. in fact, as someone else pointed out, the screen protector thats shipped with the phone tends to pick up more scratches anyway.. absolutely ZERO scratches on my X10.

Do you mean you took off the factory fitted SE protector? If so I might take the plunge and take it off. I did manage to scratch the original protector and, whilst my current protector has no scratches, I have a speck or two of dust underneath which really rile me and in reflections you can see the uneven thickness of the plastic as well as a very slight discoloration in the reflections.
