Wow.. thanks I tried backing up without the unified folder checked and it worked! Do you have the reason as to why the unified folder is the cause for the back up failure?

Hi Mode, I am happy to report wifi for me is working now.. I have no idea why but now I can connect even with my current account settings for the wifi in the office. Thanks for your assistance and guidance!

Just tap on the globe icon at the bottom of your screen when you're connected. It will invoke the connection manager which would display the network you're connected to

The bluetooth pan is always there should you need to connect using bluetooth and the mrouter entry is there when your phone's plugged to a computer via USB. Anything aside from these entries should be the network you're connected to so yes, you're connected to your Wlan network.
