Hello please could someone help me!!
I recently bought a w800i second hand. I was installing the software onto my computer and everything was working but after a while i couldn't access my phone on the PC. I unplugged it, and also noticed a msg when i turned on the camera something on the lines of "memory stick unavaiable" I restarted my computer and also turned off my phone. When i turned on the phone it just goes white then a sony ericcson logo and name come on screen with the keypad lit up and it wont do anything not even turn back off. Please does someone no how to fix it?? same thing happens when i plug the charger in. Cheers, Graham

I did a master reset today... The biggest effect was that I lost my stuff...
Did you not make a backup of the contents of your phone?

After the 6 step the SEUS turns me back on the 1st screen, instead on the update... Why is that??? I downloaded twice the UpdateService_Inst_2.6.4.9 but with no effect... I can't flash my phone... ;(
I have the same problem, my firmware is much more older R1L002.
I want to update it to the newest firmware.

k750i cid49...now with sucks volume :@ crap i hope they release another update with the volume back up again

my phone is 2 days old and it sometimes gets stuck when in mp3

the latest are R1DB001.. but only if you found any problem with the R1CA021 then i suggest you to update to R1DB001
cause nothing big noticeable on the latest one

ive only had 1 problem with the mp3's getting stuck,
had to remove the battery and reboot.. then it goes onto a white screen but loads to the enter pincode
I'll download that update later thanks :=D
