cheers for that mate. i take it i just stick the gm number into 'ident code'? i just tried again now and it came up Invalid Ident Code

Got mine today...
is there a way of transferring contacts from my last Samsung phone - i have them in CSV (Excel) format on my PC, but SE PC Suite doesnt seem to have a Phonebook option?
Any Software that does for the SE K800i

At the 'Consignment Number/Reference' part put in your GM number with a dash '-' between GM and the numbers e.g GM-XXXXXXXXX and then put in your 'Collection Date'.

They should give u a 12 digit number then u could track it through the Ident box.
