How many of you guys have had the touch sensitive keys go dead?

I had mine die. For a while I resorted to removing the battery to get them back on but that became less reliable so I sent it for a repair. I had it loaded with unbranded firmware, even though my phone was branded voda, so I tried to put the voda firmware back on so as to not raise any warranty issues and the phone died completely. It wouldn't even turn on. They took it anyway and got the thing working again citing corrupt frmware as the cause of all the problems. Not had a problem with the touch buttons since.

off topic: I'm getting a viewty on Friday yay!

I'm sure this is a really stupid question but I can't work out how to turn the speakerphone off once I've put a call onto it.
I'm using a 3 UK branded handset running 029 firmware.

As the call rings you get the 'SpkrOn' option on the right-hand soft key.
Pressing this answers the call on speakerphone.
During the call, the right softkey gives a 'Sound' option, and clicking this gives a greyed out 'speakerphone on' option, and an option to change to a video call. But no 'turn off speakerphone' option.

OK, so I'm a dumbass. It says "to videophone" not video call.

One more thing, is there any way of taking photos with the front camera?

Ok, next question

I know there are differences in phone speed due to the size of memory card. But what is the optimal size for speed?

So are keeping your K850 aswell as the Viewty?

BTW Viewty - excellent phone!!! I had one myself but lost it on a night out. Great quality pics, imo they render colours more naturally than even the N82 which is top of the pile for me. Also the video even spanks Nokias VGA 30fps. Best thing for me though is Div x codec built in.

I am trying to sync my K850 with the address book and calendar on my iBook with iSync but it says that the phone is not compatible and I can't find a plugin to rectify this. Anyone had any luck in this area?

Thanks in advance for your help

I use the plugin from here:

Works a treat.

Does the accelerometer work when you turn the phone clockwise. I've noticed that everyone in their videos turn it to their left.

By the way, I'm going to buy one tomorrow.
