So is there any problem to use HBH-DS980 with K850i?

It works pretty 'ok' with my HBH-DS970. Sometimes the controls and the tiny display don't work properly, but it doesn't stop the music from getting through
I'm not sure if there are big differences between the two... but it should work I guess.
If not, I'm pretty sure it will be fixed after the firmware update.

I use it all the time. No problem here
And btw. R1CA037 got released on SEUS today
Just updated it and it works great

now the stuff i wanted to tell..
when i got the phone, i am pretty sure the customization codes were different..but i never had any of the probs that all the rest have been havin, mainly..
1. Camera does not produce dark pics, occasionally the background is darker, but i am guessing thats expected..the subject is well lit up, and the flash obviously does not have the power to reach all the way to the back, mainly in open spaces..am i correct?
2. Media player is ok ok..cud be a tad faster, but it wil do..i have a 2 gig Sandisk Micro, almost full. But the entire UI does slow down a bit with media player in background..
3. I havent figured the bitrate thingy though..the videos are slightly stucky, so the audio goes out of sync..wil be very grateful to anyone who can guide me to the correct formats and software.
4. No OPERATION FAILED on anything till now, other than when trying to dl something thru net. Thats really irritating..The thing is that after I did a master reset to try n fix OPERATION FAILED, the customization codes changed..how is that possible?? The problem still persists though..
And lastly, some people seem to hav probs with BT speakers/handsfrees etc..but my jabra 8010 seems to work more than perfect with the 850..

Just updated my phone with ver 037 (ANZ), i'm from Malaysia.
Just to add to this thread:
1. The camera takes time to focus and charge the flash, therefore if a quick button press is used, the flash will discharge after the shutter clicks. Try pressing the button slower or use the on screen camera icon to take the photo automatically.
2. Battery meter/icon i find is inaccurate, the Phone Status (volume key pressed in standby mode) gives accurate reading. Also, unlike my previous K610i, the icon does not go to orange then red, just green to red direct.
3. No phone hanging/freeze so far... just irritating msg like "Application uses too much memory" when loading in built games!
4. "Missing" standby mode clock, where is it SE people?!

I've updated my phone yesterday via seus (greece) and i think 037 is a bit faster in media section and i can put a 5mp photo as background (029 couldn't). My only dark picture were with 029 at start about 3 times and then everything fine. I haven't try the camera yet.

if you have warrranty or "care plan" return it .... other wise the fix is a full
flash, either SE service center of davinci etc.
