After upgrading my phone a couple of weeks ago to R2AE033, although I did not experience any probs as such, there were a few error messages in the log. Additional attempts to flash returned an operator denied error (although SIM free phone).
With news of recent success, I tried again last night and a new firmware package was downloaded v1.38 instead of 1.37. This went in with similar errors on the log but I flashed it again and it went in fine.
Looks like the SEUS is sort of working again....phew.

Hi,
How do I find out what version firmware the updater on the SE website is currently offering?

Cheers.
I am up-to-date and debranded now.
Could not use the SE one due to branding (obviously) so I used TotalServer.
However, when I check my phone there is still an entry for O2 under connections (but nothing anywhere else) and there are also some customisations shown under the software info.
When I try to update from SE I get the 'Not Permited' Error!
Not worried for now but I want to know that I can apply future updates.
I have emailed the company that helped with the debranding too.
Cheers
Nathan

Hi Nathan
I'd say that the reason you still cannot use the SEUS is because although your phone is unbranded, the CDA number is still the same, so the SEUS still thinks it's an operator-branded handset. I'm not sure if TMS is capable of changing the CDA number, but SE Tool definitely is.
