With A4A 8.3, on a k750 cid49, first shot in Normal Quality + Macro off (EM off) EM is still on and next ones EM is off.
Didn't check sharpness and colors yet, but that wasn't a problem for me.
Otherwise I did some sharpness tests and for my camera best settings are with sharpness=00.

You are right. My new driver comes up with sharpness=00 for our phone.
Actually I'm tired now. I think there is nothing else to do with the drivers for these phones. I think my job is done. I am pleased with the quality of my new driver on my phone. Master, the best sharpness is 00 for cid49. I thought only I found out that but gabrielrm also tested and had the same conclusion as mine. About EM/ON, i dont care much and I know that there is still a bug in it. About the WB balance for k750 cid49, i think it is good with the new driver as well. Compression is stabler now too. A4A-8.3 is my last driver here, i think. I need to go back to my normal life and my study. I'll be around here today and tomorow.
Sorry about this out topic: does anyone know any modded w850i camdriver? My roomate has a w850i but its camera is s*c* and I dont have much information about its exposure. Sharpness is good but exposure is bad, its compression code is strange and no focus

I've noticed but forget to mention: you change the sw version and now it display 8.3 ...
About EM off, it's ok to shot first photo with EM and others without EM, at the same settings same shooting session?
Sorry, not finish loading your post...
Ignore the EM thing.

ah, I forgot to mention that building profile: ev +2.0, zoom 1.3 is very good. If you have time then try it by taking a picture of a house at long range.

No, it doesn't. It can take pictures at iso80 but it is very dark. i feel i was lucky to have k750i: cheap and good rather than w850i: expensive and bad
