Yes, I can confirm that it takes an 8gb card as it would a 4gb card or any card which is excellent, just make sure you organize your files in folders just like you should for any card size if you want to maintain top notch performance

I am not sure that it would work as the 8GB SD cards are SDHC not just normal SD.

@itouch
Actually the video playback is flawless IMO, and eventhough you have to split your video in 60 minute chunks, transition between files is smooth with just about 2 seconds in between (though some have found a workaround for playing whole movies in a single file). I've played 2 movies back to back without completely draining the battery so I'd so that's impressive.
@chillax70
current and final firmware organizer version is R6E28 for World Generic 1 & 2 and a few other country generic phones

Can't help you there mate as I don't really use a2dp to date, but from what I gather it's a bit of a russian roulette since there are "good" and "bad" P990's out there. "Good" P990 owners mentioned flawless sound quality whilst "bad" P990's would produce hissing sounds. I personally have never had problems with bluetooth as far as file transfer is concerned

Im after a new smart phone myself as my old phone is growing tired.
I quite fancied the Nokia N95 Black or the Apple iPhone but I begrudge paying the premium fee of the iPhone as it really doesnt have the hardware of other phones which are free but the software is great.
O2 have just recently brought out new tariff structures though.

They seem to be giving more minutes not. It was a rip when they gave something like 300 and 200 for texts. Shocking con. Least they've up the stakes as they probably werent selling any.
Anyone know if the Nokia N95 Black is worth a shout? Was considering it on Vodafone with a mobile internet package.
