With carrier doesn't really mean anything. It just means o2 have stuck a prepurchased airway on it. Dhl pick up twice from the warehouse. Once you see scanning on dhl you know they have it. Most times it's next day from where o2 say with carrier. But you do need to allow 3 or so days.

You can't check the seal as it will be enclosed in a jiffy bag and if you open it, it is classed as accepting it. I would refuse it to be on the safe side. (make sure a neighbour doesn't sign & accept it) Then when they receive it back they will replace it anyway.
My advise decline the delivery or don't answer the door. Having said that if you don't answer the door you will eventually get the same parcel returned to you anyway, so forget that. Refuse it!!!!
