PA must be joking, Camerashootout with only lowlight scenes with headphones and random people being shot at?
It not even a comprehensive camera comparison to say the least

thats y i posted Lumia 1020 comparison right there, and Z1 got praise right there
and Z1 photos have been processed IMO to make them look bad

Agreed, above comparative shot shows Z1 beeing more accurate in colours.
As for some other sites, it's not the first time I see webistes making shots look shitty on purpose.
Especially regarding Sony.

I mailed Imaging-resource regarding the 1020 and they said they placed an order for testing, I did one for Z1 as well but as of this moment I'm still waiting for their reply. would email dpreview as well tonight and see if I could get a response from them. I would seriously love to have a Z1 and 1020 review at dpreview, their comparometer is absolutely the best tool to compare samples across the entire ISO range
These guys does camera tests the best

@supercoolman: Surely, but in Japan, Sony has to wait for Docomo to launch the Z1, which may occur after the iphone 5s launch. I am not an insider, this is just a guess, and will not change the long term outcome much. This will be a head-on fight, i hope snapdragon 800 helps make android as smooth as ios.
@Away: Softbank is already iphone land. AU not far from it, I think Xperia UL has been doing fairly good recently, but current iphone 5 was not "new", the refresh should be a different story. As per docomo, many people stay there necause of network strength and fidelity program, and so far iphone was not an option to them. In a way, yes they have been dreaming of iphone, and accumulating frustration. So this desire for iphone is going to be unleashed about when the Z1 goes to market.
@Geoffxx: So many ways to answer. I am personaly planning to move from iphone to android, but i am not the majority. For the Japan market and Japanese buying Japan brands, go tell this to Pana and NEC... And for the closed aspect of iOS, with all due respect, we are on a Sony forum, people must know that Japanese brands, and in particular Sony, love to close whatever they can, and people bought without questions for years in Japan, iOS does not shock here.
@Latios: I think Sony will have an edge over Fujitsu on the software optimisation, what do you think? And when you say same specs, you mean fujitsu also have very good cameras? Finally, why not consider the Sharp, IGZO screen should be great, and it may be their last top end, so kinda "collector"...

Yup they removed it. PA made Xperia Z1 camera looks bad on purpose
