Where did you find the 4k screen and 6gb RAM? I can't see it. But i do hope the this is the xpecs, and hope screen size is 5.2 inch.

I presume the 6GB of RAM since the described RAM is LPDDR4 @2166Mhz which is the type of Samsung 6GB RAM.

As for the 4K, that is my speculation, a wishlist feature.
But seriously, it would not make much sense for Sony to give up on 4K screen as with it Sony would have the best specs on the market. My next phone guys, I just hope it's name Z6 and has the typical Z design features!

5.2" 2K for regular flagship, 5.5" 4K for Premium... or 2K for both
maybe, Wireless charging, thought I give it a less than 50% chance...
The usual things: 21MP camera, Hi-Res Audio

You think Sony would finally make the jump to 64GB this year? They were so late to reach 32GB and even that wasn't enough by the time they reached that. My guess is CES, instead.

without Verizon or other carrier, maybe never?

Well, both X and X Performance have a 64GB option with the dual SIM variant ( Single SIM = 32GB )... and a flagship should be superior.. so I think if a flagship is to be released in IFA then there's a high chance it might get 64GB for even single SIM, but at least keep the same configuration as X & XP...

So a new device(s) appeared on the FCC
PY7-PM0930 and PY7-PM0931
PM0930 has SW 34.0.A.0.534. The Xperia X thread has photos from the device, exif shows 34.0.A.1.222, so it seems this is the Xperia X. In another document from the PY7-PM0931, it has details of both devices,
PY7-PM0931, 64GB, Dual SIM (both SIMs share the same radio, only one SIM is active while the other one is de-active)
PY7-PM0930, 32GB, single SIM.
So for now only the Xperia X on the FCC.
