This is the Nokia 'Tube':

from symbian freak website

I want SE to make a touchscreen phone like this in that it has a large display with no buttons. For a business phone like P5 qwerty is cool but are SE making something similar to iPhone? They need to pull out a multimedia phone with a huge display. I'm no business man but I have always loved the Pxxx phones with the flip removed. A W960 without the buttons would be cool but keep the scroll wheel and stylus. SE should quit stalling and make me something cool. Samsung, LG and now Nokia have jumped onto the bandwagon, so should SE since they have the experience with the touchscreen!

With regards to the Emilie Dpad, I think it would be an amazing success. It's a great idea to seperate the up/down & left/right, when the dpad is small. It looks great too!

Now when people have commented that there is no flashy effects, you do realize it's still a prototype and will be in testing until the final product in September. There is no need to add on simple transitions and "gimmicks" when it's used for testing purposes. I'm pretty sure the final product will have basic transitions loke the ones we see on the C902. At least in Mizzle's first pic, the UI still looks promising.

I doubt the d pad will be success given the small spacing.

I am referring to user who need d pad for gaming or fast texting or wap browsing

I am using W580 now...I do find it is just a little smaller than what I used to get on my Z710

its going to be a tough thing....since keypad is tricky thing but from the look of it and assumption on the size...it just look like a tough thing to use
