Hi guys ! I have the same problem with my phone. I have a cid 36k750i ( that had r1n035) and i changed it to a w800i with seus( r1bc002). Anyway , my phone restars when i go to artist and want to play a song or when i try making a playlist . It doesn't do this all the time. I think it's a firmware bug . Someone on another forum told me that he experiences something like this too. His phone restarts when someone tries to send him contacts via bluetooth. If someone knows how to fix this problem please post ! I was really scared at first , I thought my phone was broken.
I have 2 memory cards: a 512 MB and a 64 one. It restars only when i use the 512 one ( and i know that the memory stick is working properly ).
PLEASE HEEEELP !!!

if it only happens with the 512mb stick, format it and then try again. dont forget to back up first.

I said already that the memory stick is good. I tried to reformat and have the same problem. Tried reflashing it with SEUS ... same problem . Any other ideas ?

well, mate, i dont know what to tell. my friend had a memory stick that didnt work in his k750, though it worked in mine. i flashed his phone and the problem(when the MSPD was inserted, the screen used to flash white and black) was still there.
and no, there wont be any new firmware.

I have the same problem with my phone(k750i changed to w800i). I think it started when I had too many messages in my inbox at 1 time(mod my fone to unlimited txt msgs) then after that it started to freeze trying to play songs most of the time eventhough I already emptied my inbox/sent items. I also have a 2gb memory stick.
I read on this link that the unlimited txt msgs mod can crash your firmware if you have more than a thousand msgs I think.

I'll try to reflash my phone with no mods and evaluate its performance. I'll update you guys if it worked for me.

There is no firmware that supports ALL patches. There are the same patches for you firmware, so the most of them are for R1BC002 (W800) and R1CA021 (K750). The best firmware for the w800 in my opinion is the R1BC002, cuz after testing all of the versions I find it the most stable firmware.
