I had to zoom on Mizzle's pic, well it's just reflection nothing more, even it's looks real, but take a closer look in the keypad exactly on the shadow of the user's hand, here you will see that it's black as white wont show this color in shadow

Also concerning those two pics, aren't the users thumbs on different buttons?

Personally, I would be surprised if each button was two-colour and it would look a bit odd to me.

Nice looking device. Specs?
