what is the ringtone that you are using? what format? have you tried it on other contacts that do work?

The same ringtone (mp3) is working with X, but not with Y. On the other side, with Y is not working ant ring tone, I have deleted the contact Y, I introduced it again, but nothing. Same problem

hmm. the only thing that comes to mind is that you have voice answering turned on when trying to use these ringtones with these contacts

with voice answering enabled, you cannot use MP3

but I somehow doubt this is the source of your problem...

Well, still waiting for my money to reach the seller......and my bank confirms everything is OK. I hope I can finally have the w880.Here in Spain they are going to be branded finally by Movistar--my operator---.I hope to be able to tell you about my w880 soon, the ebay one I mean

I havent faced it before, but it sounds interesting.

Previous S/// phones had a red blinking IR-Light. As the w880 has no more IR, they used an internal LED solution now.

While Loading when switsched of, these orange light is also visible.
Therefore it is obvious that it also flashes orange when batterypower is low.
